Return Policy
At Cotlina, we want you to always be satisfied with your purchase. If the item is not quite what you expected, no problem. You can easily return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Important return conditions:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, if you received it like that.
- We accept exchanges.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Cotlina is not responsible for shipments without proof of postage (Track & Trace).
How to return an item at Cotlina
We make the return process as simple and clear as possible. Follow the steps below to ensure your return goes smoothly:
Step 1: Request the return form
Email us at info@cotlina.com and let us know you would like to return an item. We will then send you the return form, which you should complete in full. You do not need to give a reason for the return, but your feedback helps us improve our service.
The return label is the customer's responsibility.
Step 2: Send the package back with Track & Trace
Pack the item securely, preferably in the original packaging, and ensure it is unused and complete. The return method should be by mail. It doesn't matter which Australian shipping company you use. The return shipment must always include a Track & Trace code. The return address will be provided on the return form.
Step 3: Receive your refund
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will refund the purchase amount via the same payment method you used when placing your order. No charges will be applied for any restocking fee. Please note that it can take up to 10 days for the amount to appear in your account.
