How long is the delivery time?
The transit time will be 5 to 9 days from Mon - Fri for the whole country of Australia. We aim to deliver your order within 5 business days. However, during busy periods such as sales events, delivery may take up to 9 business days.
The handling time for all orders is 1 business day from Mon – Fri.
If you have any questions about your order, you can always send an email to our customer service team. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free of charge on all orders.
How long do I have to return my order?

Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once we have shipped your order, you will receive a Track & Trace code via email. With this code, you can track your order at any time.
